Government fees, translations, insurance and any other necessary expenses are identified in the proposal.
What if I need more help later?
We agree the new task and fee with you first. That includes anything you ask us to handle after the move.

I don’t know which residence permit I need. Can I still get in touch?
Of course. Tell us who is moving, when and what you do. We’ll explain where to start. Any detailed document review or further work is agreed separately.
Will someone come with me to the bank or government office?
Yes, where in-person support is part of the agreed service. We’ll confirm the time, place and original documents to bring. Where your presence is required, you still need to attend.
Do I need to arrange appointments myself?
We arrange appointments and prepare you for the visit. Availability and waiting times depend on the institution; we cannot promise priority access.
Can I book just one service?
Yes. You can ask for a residence permit, renewal, banking support or company formation without booking a full relocation service.
Can you keep helping after the move?
Yes. Return to your coordinator for renewals, bank documents or other tasks. We agree any new work and fees with you first.
Do you only work in Limassol?
Limassol is our main local focus. We also arrange support in other cities in the Republic of Cyprus, agreeing any in-person meetings in advance.
